What is your policy on returns and refunds?

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked return window for all online store orders. For a return to be accepted, the item must be in original, unused, and resalable condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Refunds are also provided if the product is faulty, unsafe, or does not match the description, in full compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

We aim to process orders within 24 hrs. All orders are dispatched via tracked courier service to our customers. Approximate delivery dates Australia-wide are typically 3 to 7 Business Days. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, but you will receive tracking information once your order ships.

I received the wrong item or a damaged product. What should I do?

Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. While we make every effort to display colors and products accurately, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display is exact. Claims related to damages or wrong items should be directed to us via the Contact Us page.

Can you deliver to a PO Box or Australia Post Parcel Locker?

Accepted Answer

No. As all orders are dispatched via tracked courier service, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers. You must provide a physical street address where the courier can obtain a signature or safely leave your parcel.
