14-Day Hassle-Free Returns. We offer a 14-day window for returns from the date of delivery. If the item is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a full refund under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and we cover the return shipping. For Change of Mind returns (e.g., wrong size), items must be returned in resalable condition, are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the customer covers return shipping costs. Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Mon–Fri). Estimated delivery is typically 3–5 business days for Metro areas and 5–10 for Regional areas after dispatch. All orders are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place. Once proof of delivery is recorded, we are not responsible for missing parcels.
