If the item is faulty or defective, you are entitled to a full refund under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and we cover the return shipping. For Change of Mind returns (e.g., wrong size), items must be returned in resalable condition, are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and the customer covers return shipping costs.
