Warm Bath & Full Blow Dry: Complete wash and safe dry to remove all loose hair and soothe the skin. Hygiene Trims: Includes Gentle Nail Trim, Comprehensive Eye & Ear Cleaning. Important Policies & Fees Fixed-Price Tiers (Coat Condition) Fixed-price tiers apply due to the time, risk, and specialized equipment required for matted coats. The $170 moderate matting tier covers coats matted up to 50% and includes a post-groom skin treatment. The Severe/Pelted tier (over 50% matting) requires a consultation prior to booking. Special Handling Fee A $50 Special Handling Fee will be applied if the cat exhibits aggression or extreme resistance requiring safety protocols or additional time (as per our Terms of Service).
