This policy outlines the details of Fetch & Fabulous's shipping process, including delivery times, costs, and our procedures for handling orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Processing & Estimated Delivery
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will begin processing the next business day.
Dispatch Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Estimated Delivery: We use a network of trusted couriers (including Australia Post, Fastway/Aramex, Toll, and others) to ensure the fastest delivery times possible.

Metropolitan Areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Regional Areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are subject to change due to courier volumes or unforeseen events.
Shipping Zones & Fees
Australian Shipping Zones: We ship to all major Metropolitan and Regional postcodes across New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA), and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
Exclusions: Due to high freight volatility and the risk of damage for heavy goods, we are currently unable to ship orders to the Northern Territory (NT) and Tasmania (TAS). We are actively working to secure more cost-effective logistics and hope to service these areas soon.
Shipping Calculation: Our checkout automatically calculates the correct shipping rates based on your postcode. If your postcode is within our serviced states and is not calculating a rate, please contact us immediately.
Authority to Leave (ALT) Security
Delivery Method: All our deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). This means the courier will leave the parcel in a safe place at your nominated address.
Liability Acknowledgment: By placing an order, you acknowledge that once the courier records proof of delivery (such as a delivery photograph or GPS coordinates) at your nominated address, Fetch & Fabulous will not be liable for replacement or refund for items that subsequently go missing.
Customer Security: If you have concerns about the security of your property, we strongly advise you to provide a secure business address or the address of a friend or family member who will be home to receive the order safely.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
